Why I Do This

For more than a decade, I ran the business side of a working portrait studio — handling pricing, systems, client conversations, and the behind-the-scenes decisions photographers are rarely taught.

I’ve seen what works.

I’ve seen what almost works.

And I’ve personally made many of the mistakes photographers beat themselves up over later.

My role now is simple:
help photographers step back, think clearly, and make business decisions they can stand behind.

Focused Direction includes three Clarity Conversations, typically used over about 8 weeks. Some photographers choose this option from the beginning; others move into it after an initial session.

It’s a good fit if you want:

Perspective as real-world friction shows up
Support while making pricing or business structure decisions

Includes:

3 private strategy sessions
Intentional spacing (not weekly by default)
A recap after each session
